Chair Yoga classes are for people over 50 and for people living with or recovering from health issues. Chair based Yoga is designed to be entirely accessible. The focus is on releasing tension in and moving the joints, practicing a series of flowing, stimulating and strengthening movements, and breathing and relaxation exercises. On attending the class regularly you can be sure of increasing mobility and strength throughout the body, easing & reducing aches and pains and ultimately increased energy with a renewed sense of well being.

Classes are held within community venues and residential homes.
