In Being Well Yoga one to one sessions with Sarah you will learn and practice yoga techniques that will help relieve conditions such as tiredness, (back) pain and anxiety. These sessions will give you the space to deeply relax and renew your vitality for life.

Sessions are also available for people who wish to address specific emotional or physical issues with yoga postures that include relaxation.

If wanted, guidance can be offered on yoga related dietary disciplines.
